The plot happens when the Bermuda Triangle is on the news. Meanwhile, Doraemon and friends go camping after helping Nobita to finish his homework. They use an adaptation light to survive underwater, and an underwater buggy to commute. This buggy has feelings and likes Shizuka.

Doraemon takes out a big tent that provides all their needs, and that night they have a barbecue, with Gian and Suneo wanting to go the Atlantic but disallowed by Nobita. That night, Gian and Suneo take Buggy and travel through the Atlantic Ocean, trying to find a treasure ship. They lose consciousness, and their friends, who have been looking for them, think they’re dead, but they wake up soon.

They find the ship and Nobita, who is outside, sees a sea horse. Along the way, they discover that the environment gun that Doraemon used to protect them is running out of energy leaving them vulnerable to the sea. They are rescued by some marine creatures. Nobita and his friends are later captured by these creatures, revealed to be inhabitants of the underwater kingdom of Mu.

It is revealed that another undersea kingdom, Atlantis, now controlled by robots, was about to destroy the Earth with nuclear weapons after mistaking a volcano eruption for an invasion. With the help of a young boy from Mu, Nobita and his friends attempt to stop the robots but are all captured. However, when things are at their grimmest, Buggy sacrifices itself to destroy the computer that controlled all the robots and nuclear weapons. After returning to Mu, Doraemon and his friends are hailed as heroes before returning home.

The movie starts with a boy who belongs to prehistoric time hunting a fish, gets captured in a time vortex, and reaches to the 20th century. In the 20th century, Nobita Nobi wants to run away from his home. As a result of failing to find an ideal home, Nobita decides to make a makeshift place to live.

However, he still cannot find a place to live due to land property ownership laws. At the same time, Shizuka Minamoto, Takeshi “Gian” Goda, Suneo Honekawa, and Doraemon want to run away from their homes. Nobita suggests that they should go back in time to live in a place with no human. The group agrees with him and thus, they go to prehistoric Japan, 70,000 years in the past.

When they reach Japan, Doraemon assigns everyone a ministry. Shizuka is given the ministry of gardening, Gian gets the ministry of development, Suneo receives the ministry of landscape and Nobita receives the ministry of animals, with Doraemon overseeing all ministries. Nobita mixes the genes of different animals and creates a dragon, griffin, and pegasus. When Doraemon comes, he hides them from him.

While playing with Suneo’s remote control airplane, Gian loses control of it and it falls into a river. After Gian has fled, Suneo saw a huge dinosaur in the river. Threatened, he meets Doraemon and Nobita but then runs away.

Nobita and Doraemon go to the hill behind their school and Doraemon find a tunnel using his gadget Hole where. At night Suneo again spots the same dinosaur in his yard but thinks he is sick.

The next day Nobita takes everyone to the tunnel. Suneo comes out of an exit and spots a herd of a dinosaur but no one believes him. The next day they again go underground and play while Suneo comes with a camera and records his plane that drowned.

Suneo is boasting about his private ground to Nobita, Gian, and Shizuka. Fed up, Nobita says that he will show his own ranch to them. When Doraemon refuses to help him, Nobita tries to find a way and discovers that Doraemon has won several lotteries that award “planets”, though all of them are nothing more than inhabitable asteroids.

When his friends come, Nobita shows a random planet to them, but to his surprise they arrive at a habitable and lush planet. Using a clockwork screw, they bring life to several toys and go on to build a toy town. Doraemon also builds an Egg Factory which gives birth living toys through toy eggs and a Photocopy Mirror. While capturing several satellite photos, they notice a shining substance inside a crater.

Nobita and his friends go to explore the crater, but are hindered by a storm that wash them up to the shore. Returning to the city, they discover that the lightning-struck Egg Factory have produced toys that have human-like intelligence. Meanwhile, an escaped convict, Onigoro Kumatora, lets slip to Nobita’s house and enters the toy city. When Nobita and his friends are distracted, Onigoro steals their city map, copies himself in the Egg Factory and with his copies travels to the crater.

After watching a televised showing about supposedly humanoid birds spotted in Africa, Nobita dreams of being able to fly with wings. He builds wooden wings after Doraemon refuses to help him, though he repeatedly fails to fly using them. While helping Shizuka to reclaim her pet canary, they witness a portal opens in the sky and a humanoid bird riding an airplane coming out.

He introduces himself as Gusuke, a humanoid bird who lives in “Birdopia”. Doraemon, Nobita, and Shizuka help Gusuke fix his airplane, where Nobita becomes fast friends with him. As Gusuke departs to his home, Gian and Suneo catch him and grab his plane.

Arriving at Birdopia, Gian and Suneo are captured by crow soldiers and brought to the vulture Commander Sea grid, who plans execution for them. Meanwhile, Doraemon, Nobita, and Shizuka find Gusuke near the owl Professor Hou’s house after fleeing from the same crow soldiers with the help of an ostrich taxi service.

Hou explains that Birdopia is a world that existed far away from the human world and is connected only during bird migration, which is guarded by Bird Migration Patrolling Troops. Sigrid was once a member of the troops, but he was shot by humans and retired shortly, seeking vengeance at them.

Doraemon and his friends meet a strange robot boy from a futuristic ordering machine. Through a difficult time space maze (possibly a deep hole), they finally reach the boy’s planet, but many treasures fall.

The party goes to Dr. Capek’s house and learns about Queen Jane’s “Robot Reproduction Plan” to eliminate the robot’s emotions stemming from the loss of its previous vengeful father and the Commander’s support.

The young Poko leaves alone to search for the captured Maria, who was attacked by the Queen’s army. The group saves the boy, but Doraemon, a robot, is captured. He is locked up and meets Maria. Thanks to the “tickling solution”, he defeated the “Invincible King” in the battle in the robot arena and met his friends again. Both Doraemon and Poko set out for the Rainbow Valley and inadvertently saved Queen Jenna from the murderous plot of Dister.

They and the people of the robotic kingdom attacked Disaster in Rome but did not expect this to be a giant robot. Thanks to the “universal steering wheel”, Nobita controlled “Robot Arena” to defeat the Robot into Drai but it turned into a rocket carrying both Doraemon and Maria.

The role of the beast should be played by Nobita to do the film but he cooperated with Suneo group.

While they were shooting the film, Gian beats Nobita as he was a space alien and Nobita starts crying and runs away to the house to ask help from Doraemon. After that, the two return where Suneo’s group was shooting the film, and Doraemon takes a gadget from his pocket which is a film director called Burger director.

Meanwhile, an alien from outside the planet comes to ask help from the space heroes and they agree to follow him. On the spacecraft, alien that is Aron, sheriff of Pokkoru planet which is full of rats, were lucky to escape the pursuit of security personnel of Recreation Land Space (space pirates Impersonation).

Until arriving on the planet they thought that the party was only scened in the movie. When the arrived on the planet, they were attacked two or three times, then they get to know that it is not a scene in the film, this group is real.

But in the end, Gian and Suneo shoot everyone down, returning Nobita, Doraemon, and Shizuka back to Nobita’s room. While waiting for them to finish the game, Nobita asks Doraemon for another gadget, which he uses the Gravity modifier gadget, making the entire room have no gravitational pull. Nobita accidentally farts, sending him flying all over the room and causing his mother to get to his room.

When she suddenly got affected by the anti-gravity, she accidentally kicks a tray that breaks the room’s window, causing a great vacuum of air to flow out of the room. The space game got thrown out from the room, shutting down Gian and Suneo’s spaceship, but not ejecting them from the game.

When the group fixes the mess the vacuum had caused, they realized the game is missing. It turns out that Nobita’s mom had thrown the game into the garbage, and it’s already taken. Using the Time Camera, Doraemon sees a strange light carrying the game all the way to the hill behind the school, to which it disappeared into a spaceship, fearing that Gian and Suneo.

Without thinking, Doraemon takes Nobita when that time has a strong wind. He says that his objective is to meet with the animals. They use the bamboo copter to fly.

There many people waiting for that little dog. Finally, the little dog meets with its father while that finally revealed that the name of that dog was Chippo. Nobita invited for a tea party at Chippo’s family house. Chippo asked Nobita’s house. He told from Tokyo, but Chippo didn’t understand.

But, they found something strange. It was a moon that was very big; it was larger than what usually seen from the earth. They finally discovered that this was a different planet. And it only can be accessed from the pink gas. After Doraemon fixes the machine, they go in pink gas. After that, they realize they are back on earth.

Nobita’s mother tells him to go shopping, but he plays with Gian instead. His mother asks Doraemon and her husband, but they decline. Doraemon does the shopping; on the list, he sees Dorayaki, a snack which is his favorite food.

Suneo shows his diving photos in Palau to Gian and Shizuka. Nobita wants to go to Suneo’s house to see more pictures, but he is unwelcome and Doraemon comforts him. When Nobita wants to dive, Doraemon uses an underwater pump simulator to pump the water out of Tokyo, causing the city to submerge.

Nobita sees a fishtail, and tells Doraemon he saw a mermaid. They take pictures and hear a scream. The shadows of a mermaid and a shark appear. Nobita’s father tells police he saw a shark swim past the cigarette store. Nobita and Doraemon ask how he could see it without his goggles.

A boy, Dekisugi, looks through his telescope and sees a mermaid and a shark. Nobita looks for the shark, who is behind him. Doraemon throws a frog into the shark’s mouth. The shark and other fish return to the ocean, and the mermaid falls on the tree.
